Pre-SIHH: What exactly is SIHH?

As I write this, the watch world is converging on the city of Geneva, for the 25th annual Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie, better known as SIHH.

If you’re new to watches, you might be wondering just what SIHH is. Well, at its heart it’s a trade fair – with 16 brands showing off their brand new watches to the world.
