eCommerce Coordinator – Melbourne, AU

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Coordinator to join our Melbourne headquarters. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital retail, operations and customer experience. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our online stores operate seamlessly while identifying opportunities to improve merchandising, inventory, customer experience and commercial performance.

Based in Melbourne (hybrid) and reporting to the General Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of Time+Tide’s global eCommerce business across Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

What you’ll be doing:

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of our Shopify stores across multiple regions, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Create and maintain product listings, descriptions, imagery, pricing and merchandising.
  • Coordinate product launches, pre-orders and promotional campaigns across all storefronts.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience and Brand teams to optimise site performance and user experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, merchandising and on-site content.

INVENTORY & OPERATIONS

  • Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouses and retail locations.
  • Generate purchase orders and support supplier replenishment processes.
  • Produce stock-on-hand, sell-through and inventory performance reports.
  • Coordinate inventory transfers between regions and Discovery Studios.
  • Support new product onboarding, catalog maintenance and product lifecycle management.

MARKETING & TRADING

  • Partner with the Marketing team to execute digital campaigns, product launches and promotional activity.
  • Assist with email marketing through Klaviyo, ensuring products and campaigns are accurately merchandised.
  • Monitor website performance, sales trends and customer behaviour using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Provide recommendations to improve conversion, average order value and customer engagement.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Support the Customer Experience team by maintaining accurate product information and website content.
  • Assist in resolving website, order, and product issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support CRM initiatives designed to improve customer retention and lifetime value.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field
  • 1-2 years’ experience in eCommerce, retail operations or digital marketing.
  • Strong experience working with Shopify or another leading eCommerce platform.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for watches, luxury products, or enthusiast communities is highly regarded.

Social Media Manager – London, U.K.

Time+Tide has created a new position for a Social Media Manager to own the strategy, planning, publishing and performance of our growing digital ecosystem.

Sitting at the intersection of content, retail and audience growth, this role is responsible for ensuring every piece of content reaches the right audience, on the right platform, in the right format, while maintaining a world-class standard across all channels.

You will oversee and grow Time+Tide’s expanding network of media and retail channels across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and YouTube Shorts, helping drive audience growth, community engagement, Discovery Studio footfall and watch sales.

This is not primarily a content creation role. We have an abundance of creators in the team. It is a strategic channel management role focused on distribution, optimisation, consistency and commercial performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Execution & Strategy

  • Own Time+Tide’s Global Channel Ecosystem
  • Develop and manage the strategy, positioning and publishing framework across Time+Tide’s media and retail channels, ensuring each has a clear purpose, audience and growth plan
  • Maximise Content Distribution by implementing a clipping strategy that can enables us to publish multiple assets from flagship pieces of content
  • Drive Growth & Commercial Performance
  • Use audience insights, platform analytics and testing to improve audience growth, engagement, website traffic, event attendance, Discovery Studio footfall and watch sales.
  • Launch & Scale New Platforms
  • Lead the development of emerging channels including TikTok, retail-focused YouTube content and YouTube Shorts, creating differentiated strategies for each platform and audience

Platform Management & Publishing

  • Maintain Channel Standards
  • Develop and police style guide by owning the look, feel, cadence and publishing quality of every Time+Tide channel, ensuring consistency across the UK, US and Australian markets. Design social graphics, product cards, and branded templates in Canva and train the team on usage
  • Ensure every major piece of content is effectively repurposed, distributed and optimised across platforms to maximise reach, engagement and commercial impact
  • Manage the Social Calendar, ideating, scheduling and publishing engaging posts across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Write engaging, on-brand captions that speak to watch enthusiasts at all levels
  • Manage community engagement (responding to comments, DMs, basic community moderation)
  • Collaborate with regional content creators and freelancers across UK/US/AU

Collaboration & Support

  • Support Time+Tide content strategy (owned by CEO) through hands-on execution
  • Working with the Head of Video to maintain a consistent style and tone across all creative video assets
  • Working with the head of Retail Content to ensure commercial sales objectives are supported with superb social content
  • Create content for brand partnership activations and sponsored campaigns
  • Support the Paid Social schedule by creating ad-ready creative assets from briefs

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Editorial craft: Strong writing, sub-editing, and editorial judgement with excellent command of English grammar and style
  • AI-Driven Execution: You’re hands-on with AI tools, using them to elevate ideation, speed, creativity, and effectiveness.
  • Watch industry knowledge: Genuine enthusiasm and solid understanding of the luxury watch industry – not surface level
  • Platform fluency: Deep understanding of how content performs across social platforms and web
  • Data literacy: Can interpret analytics and turn insights into actionable content strategies
  • SEO fundamentals: Understanding of search optimisation without sacrificing quality>

Part-Time Watch Specialist – New York, U.S.

Reporting to the Time+Tide Studio Manager, the Time+Tide Studio Watch Specialist is responsible for ensuring the Time+Tide Watch Discovery Studio offers a best-in-class customer experience across retail, events and customer service.

Important: weekend available is mandatory for this position.

Retail Experience and Sales

  • Maintain excellent product knowledge of all retail partner brands, ensuring they are presented in a premium and professional manner at all times.
  • Account for stock security, ensuring stock takes are carried out efficiently and in line with guidelines, with investigations escalated and completed to ensure results are accurate and under target.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided and customer complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute positively to the Time+Tide Studio team achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to grow our US and New York watch community and create VIP customers.
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising are maintained at all times, including updating in-studio screens.
  • Assist with the fulfilment and dispatch of online orders.

Studio Events

  • Support the Time+Tide Studio Manager to ensure Studio events are presented and executed to a high standard.

Customer Service

  • Provide the highest level of customer service in store and ensure the customer experience is always outstanding and worthy of maximising 5-star Google Reviews.
  • Be a reliable point of contact for customer service support for Time+Tide Studio sales.
  • Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with local watch technicians to raise repair jobs and ensure customers receive appropriate communication and updates on job status.
