Landing Page Producer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Landing Page Producer to join our team on a project basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating eye-catching and effective landing pages on the Shopify platform. This role requires proficiency in using Shopify’s WYSIWYG page builders, strong copywriting skills, image editing capabilities, and meticulous proofreading to ensure the highest quality of landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Landing Page Production:

  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages on the Shopify platform using WYSIWYG page builders.
  • Ensure that landing pages are optimised for conversion and align with the brand’s visual identity and messaging.


  • Write compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with the target audience and drives action.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Image Editing:

  • Edit and optimise images to enhance their quality and suitability for landing pages.
  • Ensure that images align with the overall design and messaging of the landing pages.

Proofing and Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct thorough proofreading and quality assurance checks to identify and correct any errors in content, layout, or functionality.
  • Test landing pages across various devices and browsers to ensure consistent performance.


  • Proven experience in producing landing pages using WYSIWYG page builders.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) to optimise visuals.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce best practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Assistant Studio Manager

Reporting to the Studio Manager, the Time+Tide Assistant Studio Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the Time+Tide Studio including retail operations, event coordination and customer service to nurture a local database of loyal VIPs and buyers.

Retail Operations 

  • Maintain excellent product knowledge of all partner brands, ensuring they are presented in a premium and professional manner at all times.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided and customer complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships (and database) to grow loyalty.
  • In collaboration with the Studio Manager, ensure collections are managed effectively including thorough performance analysis by SKU, stock procurement and healthy stock turns are achieved by brand.
  • Work with the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Account for stock security, ensuring stock takes are carried out efficiently following guidelines and that investigations are carried out to guarantee the results are accurate and under target.
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising are maintained at all times including updating of in Studio screens and impeccable presentation of the Studio space.
  • During peak retail periods help train and manage sales associates (casual).

Event Coordination

  • Support the Studio Manager to ensure Time+Tide studio events are presented and executed to a high standard.
  • In collaboration with Time+Tide team, help drive good attendance to all Time+Tide events. Maintain event attendance database where possible.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers to procure event supplies as and when required.
  • Working with the Studio Manager, ensure Time+Tide events are managed within budget.

Customer Service

  • Provide the highest level of customer service in store and ensure that the customer experience is always outstanding.
  • Be the first point of contact for customer service support for Time+Tide Studio sales.
  • Support the timely and efficient resolution of customer service tickets via Gorgias CRM.
  • Timely resolution of customer service issues.
  • Liaise with brand partner headquarters as required to resolve warranty repairs and other servicing requirements.
  • Liaise with local watch technicians to raise repair jobs and ensure customers receive appropriate communication and updates on job status.

Social Media and Owned Channel Marketing Strategy

  • Identify and engage with VIP customers to foster positive relationships and lead them to become active promoters/influencers of Time+Tide.
  • Work with Studio Manager to ensure Time+Tide promotions and offers are executed to a high standard.


  • Help nurture and build loyalty among Time+Tide buyers / customers. Develop highly specific WhatsApp segments for special offers and ongoing promotion.
  • Manage the database of buyers with the Studio Manager and e-Comm Manager.

Staff Management

  • Support the Studio Manager with the management, training and development of all Studio staff including part time and casual team members.
  • Ensure staff rosters are managed accurately and the Studio is appropriately resourced at all times.
  • Ensure all staff maintain the very high operation and security standards.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Customer reviews on the Time+Tide Studio experience.
  • Contribution to achieving set sales targets including turnover rates by brand.
  • Contribution to stock management metrics including stock take results.
  • Mystery shopper results.
