We’re bringing our first Time+Tide Studio Pop-Up to Sydney!

Without wading into the Sydney versus Melbourne rivalry (as a Sydneysider who now calls Melbourne home, I’ve got a foot in both camps), it’s undeniable that Sydney is just as much of a “watch city” as Melbourne. Not only is Sydney home to an enormous number of watch boutiques and retailers – with some high-end brands’ sole Australian locations found in Sydney, such as A. Lange & Söhne or Roger Dubuis – as Australia’s biggest city, Sydney is also home to a healthy and passionate community of watch collectors.

Indeed, we get a lot of Sydney-based watch fans visiting our Time+Tide Watch Discovery Studio in Melbourne, some of whom have made a trip specifically to see us and the watches we stock. However, we recognise that not everyone can jump on a plane down to Melbourne just to look at some watches – so we thought we’d bring the Time+Tide Studio experience to Sydney.

So, let’s cut to the chase: Time+Tide is coming to Sydney! In what we hope will be the first in an ongoing series, we’re proud to announce our first Time+Tide Studio Pop-Up, taking place at the QT Hotel on Market Street in the Sydney CBD from Saturday, June 29th to Sunday, June 30th. It’s the next best thing to us opening a store in Sydney (which is not entirely out of the question, one day at least…)

Join us for a unique opportunity to explore our selection of incredible watch brands in the Harbour City. We’re bringing the Time+Tide Studio experience to you for two days of culture, conversation, and fun, with our popular Studio managers Mitch and Alex making the trip to Sydney to show off our watches. They’ll have the most popular watches from all the brands we stock – who knows, you might even go home with something new! Delicious food and drinks will be provided throughout the event, ensuring you stay refreshed while you browse.

The brands we’ll have on display include Furlan Marri, Baltic, Doxa, Hamilton, Norqain, Mido, Nivada Grenchen, Fears, Zodiac and of course, Studio Underd0g – including our Studio Underd0g x Time+Tide Hand Delivered “pizza watches”.

We’re also pleased to announce that a special guest will be joining us on Sunday: Jody Musgrave, the affable Scottish-Australian behind the hit YouTube channel Just One More Watch, who will be there to show off his new watch brand, Erebus. Jody’s fresh off the back of exhibiting Erebus at Wristwatch Check in Melbourne last week, where his watches proved very popular, so we’re keen to see what Sydneysiders think of them too.

We want to have the time to chat watches with everyone, so we’re offering one-hour time slots on Saturday and Sunday. So book now, invite your mates, and we will see you there!
