Wren Diver One Titanium Dusk brings a new colourway to the brand’s lightweight diver
Andrew O'Connor- Wren unveils a new iteration of its Diver One Titanium with the Diver One Titanium Dusk model.

Wren, as a brand, is the brainchild of Wrist Enthusiast founder Craig Karger. With a vast social media platform and experience covering the watch world, Craig’s experience has given him valuable insight into what watch enthusiasts are looking for. His goal when launching Wren was to produce an accessible timepiece that checked all the boxes for many enthusiasts. Wren’s first model was the Diver One, and it has proven successful with several iterations and limited editions. Wren’s new Diver One Titanium Dusk not only builds upon this success with a fresh colourway but also continues with refinements in materials, design, and movement choice.
The Wren Diver One Titanium Dusk is inspired by the colours of the setting sun. The dial features a gradient blue to almost black sunray dial with a vertically brushed finish. The dial has a sandwich construction, giving greater depth, with a fully lumed section sitting below the main dial plate. The lume, minute track, and lumed markings on the black ceramic bezel insert are done in a light orange, providing contrasts and a fun touch of colour to what would otherwise be another blue-dialled diver. Covering the dial is a boxed sapphire crystal.
While the Diver One started life as a stainless steel model, Wren has expanded its offerings to include titanium. The first Diver One in titanium was the Diver One Titanium Snow. Originally made with grade 2 titanium, Wren has since upgraded the case material to grade 5 titanium, a change that carries over to this new Dusk model. The move from grade 2 to grade 5 ensures greater durability and enables a higher level of finish, mirroring the finish applied to the stainless steel models. Measuring 41mm wide, 47mm lug-to-lug with a 12.4mm thickness. Compared to the stainless steel models, which measure 13.3mm in thickness, the case design has been refined, making the case 0.9mm thinner overall. Between the refined thickness and the move from steel to grade 5 titanium, these improvements make for a more comfortable wearing experience, making the Diver One Titanium Dusk a diver that won’t compete with shirt sleeves.
The movement choice has also moved away from Sellita, as the Diver One Titanium Dusk is powered by an ETA 2824. While plenty of quality watches utilise Sellita movements, the ETA 2824 has been around for a longer period of time, with a reputation for being dependable and serviceable for many years to come. The ETA 2824 is hidden behind a solid case back, with a hydraulic press engraving of a Wren, an undoubtedly fun detail for an ideal summertime watch.
The Wren Diver One Titanium Dusk comes with both a grade 5 titanium flat-link style bracelet and a choice of FKM rubber strap in either black or blue. The titanium bracelet features quick-release spring bars and has been updated over previous models to include a tool-free micro-adjustable clasp.
