Teddy Baldassarre assembles 35 watch experts (including our Andrew!) for his 2025 most worn watches of the year wrap-up
Jamie WeissIf you’re into watches and you have an internet connection, you’re probably aware of our friend Teddy Baldassarre – one of the most influential and best-liked figures in the watch community. In a strange way, Teddy’s trajectory in the watch hobby parallels ours here at Time+Tide: just as we started off as a hand-printed magazine passed around the halls of Basel by our founder Andrew McUtchen and evolved into this massive content/retail hybrid with Watch Discovery Studios in Melbourne, London and (soon) New York, Teddy started off as a humble YouTuber sharing the state of his collection and now also has his own watch boutique in his home of Cleveland, Ohio – as well as one of the biggest audiences out of any watch content creator.
Something we all look forward to every December is Teddy’s “Our Most Worn Watches Of The Year” video, where he assembles a diverse group of watch content creators to share what dominated their wrists in the year that was. 2025’s edition has just dropped, and like last year’s, it includes Andrew, reporting live from our London studio to share his most worn piece (which you’ll have to watch below to see!)
What’s so nice about these videos is that they show off the diversity of both opinions and backgrounds of creators in the watch community. Familiar established names like our About Effing Time amigo Adrian Barker, Archie Luxury, and Watchfinder & Co. are contrasted by young social media stars like Ben Cook of @benswatches or horology’s most handsome man, Justin Hast.
At the same time, we’ve got all sorts of watches, from luxury stalwarts like Breguets and Rolexes or vintage heat from Omega to independents like Anoma and Serica, and even cheap and cheerful entries from Timex and Seiko. As for who wore what, you’ll have to give the video a watch! Thanks again to Teddy for including us, as well as putting this video together – as many commenters have already noted, it’s done for the love of the game, and we appreciate it.
