No one seems to rest after the enormous amount of releases we saw the past week. Most brands continue to strike while the iron is hot, and we are still seeing impressive releases in the last seven days, with (relatively) conservative and some more future-oriented ones. Small and big brands are equally active in this period, with some delectable special editions thrown into the mix. Enjoy reading!

  • Louis Vuitton shows off all its artistry in a 50mm pocket watch depicting its historic trunk-making workshop in Asnières.
  • The 18k pink gold case houses La Fabrique du Temps’ calibre LFT AU14.01.
  • To decorate the front and back of the watch, the Maison hired enlisted two industry icons, master engraver Dick Steenman and master enameller Anita Porchet.

  • It’s equipped with a Dubois Dépraz-developed micro-rotor calibre with a crazy amount of hand-finishing.
  • Prices start at CHF 75,000, with four dial options in either rose gold or platinum cases.

Glashütte Original SeaQ Chronograph

  • Glashütte Original chooses a minimalist black and white look for the new SeaQ Chronograph.
  • The silver dial features a matte silver finish obtained by galvanizing the surface to reduce light dispersion and increase contrast.
  • Even if the initial look does not include colours, the customer can choose from a multitude of different straps to best express themselves.

  • While the mid-case is made of hand-finished black ceramic, the bezel and the lugs do offer some contrast thanks to the 18k white gold composition.

Louis Erard x Kudoke Le Regulateur

  • Louis Erard, a brand with a fruitful history of collaborating with independent watchmakers, this time joins forces with Germany’s Stefan Kudoke.
  • This collaboration is expressed in four different watches: blue, purple, green, and mother-of-pearl.
  • While purple and mother-of-pearl are limited to 78 pieces, the other two are limited to 100 each.

  • Austrian brand Carl Suchy & Söhne is adding two new models to the Belvedere collection, inspired by wine colours.
  • Other than the dial and strap colour, the two watches share all other aspects, including the golden seconds hand.
  • The dial is micro-engraved, and instead of having the date wheel rotate, the centre part of the dial itself rotates, letting you see the correct day.
