Just because Chopard is mostly known for its combined history with jewellery doesn’t mean that its prowess as a watchmaker goes unnoticed. Chopard’s 2024 Watches & Wonders releases were very honed in on aesthetics, with watches like the L.U.C XPS Forest Green hitting so many trends head-on. But for 2025, it seems like Chopard has given more consideration to wowing enthusiasts on a technical level. From incredibly long power reserves to high-beat movements other brands wouldn’t dare to attempt, we’re being reminded that Chopard definitely isn’t just here for looks.
The Chopard Alpine Eagle 8HF returns to its high-beat boasting in a new ceramicised titanium case, combining grade 5 titanium’s strength and lightness with a hardness of 1,000 Vickers.
Even the calibre 01.14-C has ceramicised titanium plates to further reduce weight, while also being COSC-certified and having an 8Hz beat rate.
The all-black look makes this one of the sportiest Alpine Eagles ever released, which it backs up with 100m of water resistance.

Chopard Happy Sport 33mm
Chopard has utilised lepidolite for the stone dial of the new Happy Sport 33mm, which is a natural form of mica tinted lilac by its lithium content. The rendered image does not even slightly do lepidolite justice.
It doubles down on the pinkish-purple theme with a colourful alligator strap and an amethyst set in the crown.
In addition to the diamond-set bezel, five diamonds dance around the dial as the watch moves.

Chopard l’Heure du Diamant 26mm
The Chopard l’Heure du Diamant 26mm brings back a bark style gold bracelet, which was a staple of late ’60s and early ’70s jewellery watches.
The mother of pearl dial and rhodium-plated hands enhance the watch’s monochrome look of sparkle and glamour.
Its bezel is set with a total of 2.2cts of brilliant-cut diamonds, while the crown is set with a briolette-cut diamond.
