New releases from Bremont, Brellum, Breguet and more

Another week went by, and while the big box brands are slowing down with the releases preparing for Watches and Wonders, the number of new watches is still going strong. We have many timepieces that celebrate something, and among these, we have Breguet with a Valentine’s Day model – as per tradition. But the biggest celebration has to be the collaboration between Bulgari and MB&F for the latter’s 20th anniversary. Discover the rest of the releases below and enjoy the reading!

Grand Seiko Heritage Collection 62GS Hi-beat 36000 Sakura Kakushi

• Grand Seiko announces a 62GS cased in precious metal – off the catalogue since the historical 62GS reissues from 2015.
• Since this model (like all the mechanical watches) is made in the brand’s Studio Shizukuishi, it features a different case finish compared to the watches coming from Studio Shinshu (where quartz and Spring Drive watches are made).
• This dial’s subtle pattern is the same as what you see on the SBGH341 but in a more coppery tone.
• Price: US$31,200.

Frederique Constant + Watch Angels Worldtimer Manufacture

• Frederique Constant joins forces with Watch Angels to reimagine the Worldtimer Manufacture.
• While the diameter decreased from 42 to 40mm, it is slightly thicker than the original – on the other hand, you get a completely new dial.
• This limited edition is available exclusively for the Watch Angels enthusiasts community.
• Price: US$4,890.

Bulgari x MB&F Serpenti

• Bulgari and MB&F collaborate for a second time, with the Serpenti taking on its most avant-garde shape yet.
• The Bulgari x MB&F Serpenti will be available in three metals, each showing off the five uniquely shaped sapphire crystals that give the snake its presence.
• This collaborative Serpenti is limited to 33 pieces per metal.

Bremont Terra Nova Bronze Collection

• Bremont introduces three new bronze models as the Terra Nova Bronze Collection – check out Andrew discussing these new models with Bremont CEO Davide Cerrato here.
• They are available either with a full bronze bracelet or on a fabric/leather strap.
• The new models feature a dark green or caramel gradient dial and their sizing goes from 40.5mm for the Date model to 42.5mm for the Chronograph.

Breguet Reine de Naples 9915 Valentine’s Day 2025

• Breguet continues its long tradition of celebrating lovers with a new iteration of the Reine de Naples.
• Launched just in time for Valentine’s Day, it combines diamonds, rubies and pink sapphires to achieve the perfect nuance.
• This 28-piece limited edition also has a mother-of-pearl dial with applied indices.
• Price: US$51,900.

Junghans 1972 Chronoscope Sports Edition 2025

• The new Junghans 1972 Chronoscope Sports Edition 2025 watches follow in the footsteps of last year’s 2024 releases.
• The models boast white, blue and dark grey colourways with contrasting vertical double-striped motifs.
• Each watch is limited to just 200 pieces worldwide.
• Price: A$1,650.

Hublot Big Bang MECA-10 Aspen One

• Hublot announces a new MECA-10 in partnership with Aspen One, owner of Aspen Snowmass, one of North America’s most important ski destinations.
• The 45mm case is made in micro-blasted black ceramic with a micro-blasted and polished white ceramic bezel.
• It utilises the in-house MECA-10 mechanism, boasting a 10-day power reserve.
• Price: US$27,400.

Venezianico Redentore Bronzo

• Venezianico explores a new material for the case of the Redentore, inspired by the bronze horses on top of St. Mark’s Basilica in Venice.
• While the case is inspired by the material of the horses, the handcrafted dial is reminiscent of their look with its antique finish.
• Made from a soft brass alloy, it undergoes polishing, and satin brushing and is then burnished to evoke the vintage charm of aged metal surfaces.
• Price: €750.

Brellum Duobox 39 Chronometer MOP

• Brellum releases a 17-piece limited edition in time for Valentine’s Day.
• As the name implies, it features a subtle mother-of-pearl dial with a pronounced pink hue.
• This COSC-certified chronograph boasts a column-wheel-utilising, La Joux-Perret-based calibre.
• Price: US$3,500.

Makina Mephisto III GMT

• Makina presents the evolution of its inaugural design adding a new GMT complication.
• The sculpted stainless steel case features multiple finishes and measures 38mm in diameter, with a 45mm lug-to-lug distance and a thickness of 11.55mm.
• The dial is multifaceted with sloping surfaces in blue, reaching impressive depth.

Ulysse Nardin Freak X Enamel Bucherer

• The latest Freak from Ulysse Nardin is part of a trilogy of independent watch brands collaborating with Bucherer to start the year.
• The titanium case is paired with a Green Enamel Hour Disk on the open dial.
• It’s a limited edition of 18 pieces, numbered through a plaque on the side of the case.
• Price: CHF38,500.

Laco Augsburg Polar 39 and Aachen Polar 39

• Laco releases two polar versions of their pilot watches Aachen and Augsburg in 39mm diameters.
• The stark white dial, together with the blued prints of the indices, really reminds us of the perennial glaciers at the pole.
• They are limited to 250 numbered pieces each, and they are sold on a traditional pilot-style leather strap.
• Price: €440.

• Moser announces the opening of its first U.S. boutique in Menlo Park, California and celebrates with a new model.
• The Streamliner Tourbillon Skeleton Boutique Edition features an 18-carat yellow gold case and bracelet.
• It’s a limited edition of 17 pieces and it follows Moser’s “remove to better reveal” philosophy.

Redwood Standard Issue Collection

• Canadian microbrand Redwood evokes the spirit of WWII-era-issued field watches at an affordable price point.
• All four models in the Standard Issue collection share the same 38mm case design and dimensions.
• While all the dials share a matte black base, the layout and functionality change thanks to different Seiko-sourced calibres.
