New releases from Biver, Audemars Piguet, Breguet and more
Pietro PillaIn the past seven days, we’ve seen the latest release for TimeForArt 2024, and there was no better way to complete the watches at auction than the last Biver timepiece. Audemars Piguet released a full gold variation on the Royal Oak Perpetual Ultra-Thin, Breguet continues its descent into the depths of black dials (also seen last week) with a new Marine Tourbillon, Voutilanen continues to impress with its Reversed and Bulgari stuns everyone with a new artistic collaboration. Biver Automatique “Echoes of This Moment”
- Biver, on the occasion of TimeForArt 2024, launches one of the best watches of the event in collaboration with Swiss artist Guillaume Ehinger.
- For the first time in stainless steel, it features a handmade 18k white gold dial engraved and then layered with enamel.
- The movement powering this piece is the Calibre JCB-003 and the collaboration continues here with an engraving on the 22k gold rotor.

Hamilton PSR 74
- Hamilton revives the classic 1974 Pulsar Cushion in a smaller, more bracelet-like form at 30.9mm maintaining the same LCD/OLED display.
- The new PSR 74 is water resistant to 100m like the original and it’s available in stainless steel and yellow gold PVD.
- At 3′ and 9′ there are dual pushers, allowing wearers to toggle between time and date displays, adding functionality to its retro charm.

Breguet Marine Tourbillon Équation Marchante 5887 Platinum
- Breguet, after last week’s two Classique releases in black, expands the Marine collection in the same fashion.
- The Équation Marchante is a complication that simultaneously displays the difference between mean solar time and true solar time.
- It is powered by the in-house Calibre 581DPE with a peripheral rotor and fully hand-engraved bridges.

Voutilainen KV20i Reversed
- The Voutilainen KV20i showcases a “back-to-front” movement design once again, allowing wearers to admire its complex mechanics while reading the time.
- This timepiece combines a cherry-coloured minute track and guilloché details, paired with a titanium case and bracelet.
- The KV20i’s movement includes dual escapement wheels for efficient direct impulse to the balance and to reduce energy consumption.

Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin
- Audemars Piguet introduces a limited edition exclusive to Greater China of just 88 pieces.
- The 41mm x 6.2mm Perpetual Calendar gets a full 18k yellow gold treatment, dial included.
- It’s a different interpretation of the regular production model in titanium with a smoky blue dial.

Zenith Defy Extreme Diver Titanium
- The new Zenith Defy Extreme Diver enlarges the dive watch it launched at Watches and Wonders while bringing a new material like titanium into the mix.
- It is powered by the El Primero 3620-SC an automatic calibre with a 60-hour power reserve and a paramagnetic silicon escapement.
- The watch is offered with a titanium bracelet, a Cordura-effect rubber strap, and a recycled fishing net strap designed for wetsuits, to have you covered on every occasion.

Louis Moinet Starman Extraterrestrial Life
- Louis Moinet’s owner Jean-Marie Schaller was fascinated by the presence of amino acids in one of his meteorites and decided to put it in a watch.
- The blue dial is made from the Gibeon meteorite with a luminescent constellation overlay and opens up for the tourbillon and a Jbilet Winselwan meteorite fragment.
- The reverse side showcases a custom solar map, featuring hand-painted planets positioned as they were on March 21, 2013 (or personalized to a special date).

Tissot PRX 25mm
- After the huge success of both the 40mm and the 35mm PRXs, Tissot comes out with a new size oriented to those looking for a very compact version.
- Like its bigger brothers, it’s built with a reliable quartz movement, 10-bar water resistance, and a durable sapphire crystal.
- This new incarnation of the 70s spirit is available in five different configurations in stainless steel or gold PVD.

Bulgari Octo Finissimo Laurent Grasso
- French artist Laurent Grasso joins the likes of Tadao Ando, Kazuyo Sejima and more with a collaborative Bulgari Octo Finissimo.
- It has a matte midnight blue PVD coating for its case and bracelet, a first for Bulgari.
- A limited edition of 200 pieces, it features a brass dial featuring a 7-pass serigraphy with metallic pigments.

Ulysse Nardin Diver Net Vendée Globe
- Ulysse Nardin celebrates the 10th edition of the legendary solo sailing race with the Diver Net Vendée Globe.
- The 300-piece limited edition uses recycled stainless steel, CarbonFoil, and NyloFoil from upcycled fishing nets and boat materials.
- It is powered by the in-house UN-118 calibre with an upcycled silicon escapement, visible through the laser-etched sapphire case back.
