New releases from Baltic, DOXA, Ming and more

Over the past seven days, we’ve seen subtle updates to popular collections, such as the Baltic Aquascaphe, alongside limited editions created with fellow watch publication Hodinkee and collaborations that revive traditional crafts. Ming, in particular, successfully brings the old and the new together. There is plenty more on the menu, with several successful collaborations that offer something genuinely fresh rather than simply adding another name to an existing model. Discover them all below!

Baltic Aquascaphe MK2 Date

• Baltic answers repeated fan requests by adding a date to its flagship Aquascaphe MK2, keeping the dial’s symmetry by replacing the 6 o’clock index rather than the usual 3 o’clock window.
• Available across all four MK2 colourways and both 37mm and 39.5mm sizes, each date disc is colour-matched to its dial so the complication stays nearly invisible.
• The date runs on a new Miyota 9015 automatic, matching the specs of the no-date Miyota 9039 without adding any thickness to the case.

DOXA SUB Army 200T For Hodinkee

• Hodinkee makes its debut watch collaboration with DOXA, reviving the rare 1969 military-issue “Army” dive watch as a 250-piece limited edition on the modern SUB 200T platform.
• The 39mm raw 316L steel case drops roughly 10% of the vintage Army’s footprint, with a faded grey checkerboard dial, Old Radium Super-LumiNova and DOXA’s signature orange hands.
• The anodised aluminium bezel is selectively left unfinished so raw brushed aluminium shows through the minute markers.

MING 37.06 Royal Selangor

• MING teams up with Royal Selangor, the world’s foremost pewter maker, on the 37.06 Royal Selangor, an 88-piece collaboration born from a chance meeting between Ming Thein and the pewter house’s CEO.
• The hammered pewter dial, cast from nearly 97% tin, sits inside a 38mm grade-2 titanium case weighing just 35.9 grams, with double-sided anti-reflective sapphire front and back.
• The Swiss-made Sellita for MING SW300.M1 offers roughly 50 hours of reserve, visible through the caseback, marking the first MING run assembled entirely in Kuala Lumpur.

TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph x Team Ikuzawa

• TAG Heuer, Team Ikuzawa, and Bamford Watch Department reunite for a second collaboration limited to just 150 pieces.
• The watch reinterprets the 39mm Carrera Glassbox with a white Clou de Paris dial inspired by the 1970s Roadmaster stopwatch.
• Powered by the TH20-10 manufacture movement, it drops the running seconds hand, leaving room for a clean, sponsor-style layout at 6 o’clock.

Arsene Lippens Artigiano Threads of Arabian Heritage

• Arsene Lippens announces the second collaboration with Tokei Ronin, this time expanding its Artigiano collection with an Arabian influence.
• Limited to 25 pieces, it uses the iconic Shmagh, the traditional patterned headscarf of the Arabian Peninsula, on the dial.
• The watch is developed on the Artigiano platform with a 37.5 mm diameter, a 45.5 mm lug-to-lug and 9.9mm thickness.

Bulova Lunar Pilot “Black Hole”

• Bulova finally answers years of collector requests for a smaller Lunar Pilot with the “Black Hole,” its first-ever 41mm case, named for the Apollo 15 story NASA kept off the public record for decades.
• The steel case and bracelet get a sandblasted, black PVD finish, while the dial uses Musou black paint absorbing 99.4% of light, with grey Super-LumiNova indices glowing blue.
• The NP20 high-precision quartz chronograph measures 1/20th of a second, water-resistant to 10 ATM, with a screw-down caseback depicting a lunar landscape and Apollo 15 details.

Venezianico Nereide Tigris

• Venezianico traces the ancient trade route linking India to Venice with the Nereide Tigris, a capable diver with a more refined Tiger’s Eye.
• The 42mm 316L steel case pairs a 120-click tungsten bezel with an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, finished with the five-link Sansovino bracelet and tool-free micro-adjustment.
• The stone dial’s fibrous structure creates natural chatoyancy, its golden and amber bands shifting with the light, powered by the Swiss automatic Sellita SW200-1 with roughly 38 hours of reserve.

Mr Jones Watches &#@%!?

• Mr Jones Watches releases &#@%!?, a limited edition designed by illustrator and in-house printmaker Rocky Beeson, poking fun at everyday irritations like slow laptops and traffic jams.
• Instead of conventional hands, the dial uses metal hands reading “Slow as F**” and “Not as Slow” to track the wearer’s day, following Beeson’s “I see it, I hate it, I draw it” approach.*
• It’s Beeson’s second design for the London-based brand, continuing her tongue-in-cheek, self-aware style of satirising daily frustrations.

UNIMATIC Modello Uno U1-SFM

• UNIMATIC teams up with San Francisco Market on the Modello Uno U1-SFM, a 111-piece limited edition built on its professional dive-watch architecture.
• The 40mm brushed 316L steel case (41.5mm with bezel) pairs a 120-click matte navy bezel with a double-domed sapphire crystal, water-resistant via a screw-down 8mm crown and caseback engraved for the collaboration.
• A galvanic navy dial is deliberately left irregular through an electrochemical process, giving each piece a unique speckled texture, powered by the automatic NH35A with hacking seconds.

• Perrelet teams up with Dubai atelier IFL Watches on the Weekend GMT Atlas, a 50-piece limited edition with a hand-painted, one-of-a-kind travel-themed dial around every piece.
• The 39mm steel case is 9.61mm thick, pairing a compass rose and world-landscape artwork with a blue 24-hour GMT ring, on a steel bracelet with an included alligator-pattern leather strap.
• The in-house automatic Calibre P-401 delivers GMT and date functions with a 42-hour reserve, visible through a caseback porthole echoing the dial’s motif.

Santurce Collection Picúa

• Santurce Collection, a Puerto Rican microbrand founded by husband-and-wife duo José and Anita, brings 1970s dive-watch styling to the Picúa, its debut fully custom design.
• The compact 39mm stainless steel case is 12.2mm thick with sapphire crystal and 300m water resistance, entirely brushed finished.
• Large rectangular markers and baton hands get a splash of red against a monochrome dial, powered by a Sellita SW200-B automatic with 38 hours of reserve, on a black NATO strap.
