You don’t need to have visited Australia to know one thing about us: we love sport. In fact, love is too lightweight a word. We worship it; playing sport, watching it, talking about it, listening to people talk about it, if sport’s involved we are there. Which is why this past week at the Olympics, where we were embedded with Omega, was one of the all-time Time+Tide highlights. I took the opportunity to speak to Omega’s chief executive about the brand’s 27th Olympics as official timekeeper and his personal highlight, so far, of the 32nd Olympiad.
